Teaching
Singing lessons
I have been teaching voice lessons for multiple years, starting off gaining experience in teaching ensemble vocals and then expanding to giving private lessons to students of varying ages, abilities and with different goals.
I hold both an in-date DBS and PVG, as well as Grade 8 Singing, Grade 5 Music Theory, GCSE and A-Level Music. I am also in the final stages of my BMus degree at The University of Edinburgh, and so possess all the necessary skills and qualifications to teach you/your child.
I am based mainly in Edinburgh and so can travel to you if you live in Edinburgh or the surrounding areas. For those based elsewhere, I regularly teach via Microsoft Teams and have all the experience necessary to ensure that you get the most out of online learning.
I primarily teach Musical Theatre singing, but am also an experienced Classical singer and so can comfortably teach this style too.
I am available for lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. For more information and to book your free taster, contact me below:

All lesson materials are tailored to the individual student and their needs. Whether they want to sing Musical Theatre, Classical or Pop, I ensure that students feel supported and confident to sing however they want to.
Goals to suit you
Whether students want to work towards an exam, a production/show, a concert, future goals or are simply singing for fun, I let the student lead the sessions and help them work towards their own individual goals. I have put students through ABRSM exams, as well as supported them with songs they encounter outside of our lessons.
All materials provided
I provide all students with sheet music as well as audio files and warm up tracks, so that students have all the materials that they need in lessons, as well as practice materials.
Theory & GCSE/
A-Level support
Alongside voice lessons, I also teach private music theory lessons and offer GCSE and A-Level Music tuition. The need to take Grade 5 music theory can seem overwhelming to some and distract them from their instrumental/vocal studies. I feel that it is a valuable part of everyone's musical education and can offer individual lessons in this, helping to pass the Grade 5 exam or simply build up theoretical knowledge. By studying this individually, I tailor lessons to your pre-existing knowledge and can help hone in on the areas that need extra work. This is similar to the GCSE and A-Level support that I offer. Students can sometimes get lost in larger classes so with additional, tailored tuition, I can ensure that they get all the necessary support.
